RI-SOL currently operates three ILCs in Afghanistan located in the provinces of Kabul, Takhar and Nangarhar. We also work in collaboration with Rotary International to connect the Rotary School in Jalalabad City. Through these ILCs close to 2,000 users have been trained including over 600 non-student users. RI-SOL is working to increase community involvement to maximize effectiveness and reach a variety of constituents.

RI-SOL strives to provide access to underprivileged and marginalized children. The ILC in Kabul has reached out to rural females and street children, providing transportation to the ILC. Transportation is critical in enabling the children to become active participants in GCEP, granting them access to a world of opportunities through technology training, heatlh education, youth groups, and online collaborative projects.
ILC Locations:
- Kabul - Said Jomoliddin Teacher Training College in Kabul City
- Nangarhar - Faculty of Education at the University of Nangarhar in Jalalabad City
